After four months, you won’t just have a better body. You’ll carry yourself differently, breathe differently, and approach challenges with the quiet confidence of someone who knows their own capability.

Throughout the 4 month journey you will get monthly one-on-one check-ins. These sessions are invaluable as they allow you to get support and advice directly suited to you individually.



3 mornings per week you wake up in the comfort of your own home. Login to our online Skool and join us for a guided 60min movement session.
This takes all the decision making out of it.
All you need to do is show up and be guided back to mobility and strength in all areas of your body.
These classes will progress and build over the 4 months giving you a strong foundation in core movement principles that you can use for the rest of your life.

Inside our online Skool you will get unlimited access to all of our resources including our Groundwork Movement Program. This is our core offering which we usually only offer in a one-to-one setting. However inside The Upward Spiral you will get unrestricted access to it all. We're not holding anything back. Being able to ask questions as they arise is crucial to learning how to change your movement habits. When you join the The Upward Spiral you will have access to our Slack Channel allowing you to post videos, ask questions and seek extra help any day through the 4 month journey.
This Slack Channel allows you to share your wins and connect and grow with other amazing like-minded people.

What sets Aspen Coaching apart from other fitness programs?
Aspen Coaching focus on the way in which you move. Ultimately changing these deeper patterns creates harmony in the body, leading to more physical freedom. We don't just want to make you do a workout, we want to help you understand your body and move more freely for years to come.
The exact shape you are in now is perfect. Our approach welcomes all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. It is about listening to the body and moving in ways that support your unique structure.
No worries at all - some is better than none. All sessions are recorded and made available to you for catching up in your own time. But we know that sometimes life gets in the way, so if you miss a session here and there its no problem at all. The key is to start again as soon as possible.
Our regular schedule through The Upward Spiral is Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Friday morning live classes.
The Christmas week and week of New Years there will only be a Tuesday Class. (Wed Fri cancelled for 2 weeks)
Then normal schedule will resume after that. There will be plenty of pre-recorded content to help keep you moving over those two weeks if you crave more.
Throughout the 4months you have 4 x 60min private sessions to take advantage of. Ideally these are one per month but you can use them however and whenever you like. You will receive a booking link to our calendar and can make an online booking at your own convenience.
These sessions are held on Zoom Monday - Saturday with varying time slots from 6am - 6pm.
The way we teach is accessible to most people, not going to sugar coat it, you will find some things hard. Not always in a physically hard kind of way but in a mentally hard kind of way. If you can get beyond the uncomfortable feeling of not being good at something, you can push through to becoming proficient at it. You don't need to be fit, everything is scaleable and you can take breaks or modify the amount you do. in fact we encourage this as it teaches us to listen to our own body.
