WHAT MAKES GROUNDWORK DIFFERENT

Instead of following a protocol to dominate your body we invite you to bring your intuition and awareness centre stage. 

Once you start to tune into, and work with, the sensations that arise in your body as you exercise some really interesting things start to happen.

You learn how every part of your body is interconnected. So you start to build full body strength and mobility. 


You learn how to adjust your body while you’re moving so you get more out of every exercise.
